Apple Email Setup

iPhone & iPad Email, Contacts, and Calendar Setup Guide

NOTE: Email will work in the Outlook app, but calendar and contact syncing will not.

NOTE: Due to how Apple has designed its system, you will be prompted to enter your email and password multiple times. Please enter the same information each time and do not skip any prompts.

Setup Instructions

  1. Visit this page on your iPhone or iPad and tap the link below to download the configuration profile:

  2. You should see a message: Profile Downloaded
    3. Profile Downloaded
  3. Go to Settings
    4. Settings
  4. Tap Profile Downloaded
    5. Profile Downloaded Button
  5. Tap Install
    6. Install Button
  6. Tap Install again to confirm
    7. Second Install Button
  7. Enter your full email address
    8. Enter Email Address
  8. Enter your full email address again
    9. Enter Email Again
  9. Enter your full email address again
    10. Enter Email Again
  10. Enter your password
    11. Enter Password
  11. Enter your username again (same as email)
    12. Enter Username Again
  12. Enter your password again
    13. Enter Password Again
  13. Enter your password one more time
    14. Enter Password Again
  14. Tap Done
    15. Tap Done

Final Steps

Your email should now be fully set up in the built-in Mail app.

If you wish to make this your default email, calendar, or contact account, you can go into Settings → Mail / Calendar / Contacts and set the default account. If this is the only account on your device, it should already be set as default automatically.
