We were called in to see if there was any way to increase broadband speeds, the client could not get fiber and ADSL speeds were only running at around 3mbps shared by eight members of staff. This was severely hindering the company’s ability to expand.

Solution

The ADSL connection was replaced with one of our Simrush packages. Even though there was no 4g coverage available to traditional devices, our omnidirectional antenna picked up a good signal provided download speeds of 42MBps and uploads of 21Mbps.

Guide Prices

  • Equipment purchase and install – £800
  • Monthly packages starting from £25

Clients were complaining of poor service from their ISP. The broadband was constantly dropping out and the ISP in question was not answering calls for over 30 minutes and even then were not being very helpful at all.

Solution

Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd took over control of the line and supply of the broadband. Although BT are still ultimately responsible for the lines we have different methods of contact direct with the teams and often can point them to where the fault is saving an awful lot of time.
